Cognitra Studio is a brand of Eryk Czekalski, a natural person who operates the website cognitra.pl and is the controller of your personal data. Address: Górne Wały 23b/29, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland. Contact: cognitra.adm@gmail.com.

When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and your message. We do not use tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics tools that collect personal data.
3. Why we collect it
We process your data to respond to your inquiry and to provide the services you request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
4. How we store it
Contact form submissions are processed through our automation platform (n8n, self-hosted). Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We retain your data for up to 12 months after your last interaction, unless a contract is established.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data may be processed by our hosting provider (Google Cloud Platform) as a data processor under standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email cognitra.adm@gmail.com.
